2 matches in each club until Area Final.
Lowest combined H’Cap Index of a pair not lower than 19.0 and if higher than 27.0, play off 27.0 with higher player dropping down.
(Based on lowest HI between 1/Jan/25 to 31/Dec/25). Age over 18 on 1st Jan.
